Cancellation policy
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24hrs notice. Failure to attend an appointment or provide 24hrs notice will result in the full fee being charged.
Arrival times
Please arrive no more than 5mins before your allotted appointment slot. As I work from home, I don’t have support staff or waiting areas so need to keep everything running right on time.
If you arrive late, I will do my best to fit in a full treatment, however if I have someone booked in after you, your session may be cut short.
