What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage is all about problem solving. Perhaps you’ve got a long-standing postural issue you want to address. Or you’re experiencing pain while working or driving.

Musculoskeletal issues can manifest in many different ways and remedial massage is a great way to get you moving and feeling a lot better.

What is sports massage?

You don’t need to be a professional athlete to get the benefits of excellent sports massage.

It’s a versatile style of massage combining advanced techniques to aid tissue recovery with thinking about alignment and balance between muscle groups.

Sports massage can offer dramatic improvements to tissue quality and muscle health, speed up your recovery from injury, and help maximise your performance.
